We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, so if your Jetboil equipment isn't performing as expected, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused stove or accessory in its original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
